Lal Bahadur Shastri PG College, well-known as LBS PG College, is one of the oldest and renowned co-educational colleges in Jaipur. It is known for its rich historical legacy and remarkable contribution in the field of higher education. Inspired by the ideals of Founder Chairman Late Pt. Devi Shankar Tiwari, First Education Minister of Rajasthan, it came into existence in 1963 but got its formal configuration in 1967 as Lal Bahadur Shastri College under the aegis of Bharat Sewak Shiksha Samiti (BSSS).
